The accident occurred on M-95
near Cabris Road in Sagola Township.
The driver, 21-year-old Eli
Johnson of Foster City, was traveling north on Highway M-95 when a deer ran
onto the road. Johnson would collide with the deer causing it to vault into the
windshield after impact.
Johnson was transported to
Dickinson County Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
A seat belt was worn and alcohol
is not a contributing factor in this crash.
